Our luggage tag features two distinct leather components: a section to insert your contact details in case of loss and a leather strap with a buckle fastener for secure attachment to your luggage. The tag includes a carefully designed flap that lifts to reveal your details when needed and closes to keep them hidden and secure.

Our leathers are produced by carbon-neutral tanneries, and the hides themselves come for animals reared in Switzerland used for producing dairy products, think Swiss chocolate cows!

All items are ethically manufactured in our workshops in Liverpool, England.

Our packaging is 100% recyclable and where possible it is made from recycled materials.

Repairs and Returns

All of our products are covered by a '5-year Craftsman's Guarantee' meaning we will repair any manufacturing faults free of charge for the first 5 years of a products life.

Once outside of the guarantee we have our 'Lifetime Repair Service' where we guarantee we will be able to fix your bag, even if it's outside of it's guarantee period but fees will apply for the cost of repair and shipping.

We try our very best to display our colours and products as accurately as possible.

If for any reason, you're unhappy with your order once it's been received then simply contact us directly, as we deal with returns on an individual basis.
